1. CONDITIONS
These General Conditions expressly govern the relations arising between MOBLES I DECORACIO ALBI S.L., Calle Príncipe de Asturias, 19 03730 Jávea (Alicante) CIF B-03763968 (hereinafter, "AlbiDecor") and third parties (hereinafter, "Clients") who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official AlbiDecor website (http://www.albidecor.es", hereinafter AlbiDecor).

2. USER OBLIGATIONS
The Client undertakes, in general, to use AlbiDecor, to purchase the Products, and to use each of AlbiDecor's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these General Conditions. The Client shall also refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage, or impair the normal functioning and enjoyment of AlbiDecor by other Users or that could harm the property and rights of AlbiDecor, its suppliers, Clients, or any third party in general.

3. PRODUCTS
AlbiDecor reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products are offered to Clients through AlbiDecor. In particular, AlbiDecor may add new Products to those offered or included in AlbiDecor at any time, except as otherwise provided, such new Products shall be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Also, AlbiDecor reserves the right to stop providing or allowing access and use at any time and without prior notice to any of the different types of Products offered on AlbiDecor. The Products included in AlbiDecor will correspond as faithfully as possible to the products actually offered, as permitted by the web display technology. The features of the Products and their prices are detailed on their product page on AlbiDecor. However, the colors and tones presented may vary depending on the monitor on which they are displayed and do not constitute a contract at the time of purchase. The photographs that appear on AlbiDecor are for reference purposes only.

4. PRICES
The prices indicated on AlbiDecor are in Euros. Delivery costs differ depending on the customer's delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the ordered items. The delivery costs are indicated in the shopping cart and are confirmed when the order is validated. AlbiDecor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability on that date. In the case of sales offers, the prices only apply during the indicated validity period of the offer or until the stock of the offered product is exhausted.

5. OWNERSHIP AND RISKS RESERVATION
AlbiDecor retains ownership of the goods sold until the effective payment of the principal amount and any supplements. The non-payment of one of the parties may result in the demand for the goods. These provisions do not constitute any obstacle to the transfer to the customer, from the delivery, of the risks of loss and deterioration of the purchased goods, as well as any damage they may cause.

6. AVAILABILITY
The customer agrees and accepts at this time that AlbiDecor will accept their order based on available stocks and the stocks of its manufacturers and suppliers, and that it will do everything possible to respond to all orders. Regarding the sales offer, customers can only order products that are offered for sale during the validity period of the sales offer, which is indicated in real-time on AlbiDecor and within the limit of available stock. Once the deadline for the sales offer of a product has ended and/or if the product is not available, it will no longer be available for sale. In case a product is unavailable after order confirmation and after the closure of the corresponding sale, AlbiDecor will inform the customer by email or by phone about the partial delivery of their order or the cancellation of it. In this case, AlbiDecor will propose to the customer a refund of the amounts already paid in the form of a purchase voucher or by bank transfer or check.

7. PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT METHOD FOR PRODUCTS
To make the full payment for the items of this contract, the customer can choose one of the following payment methods:
• Payment by card through Virtual Point of Sale Terminal. You can pay for your purchases with your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Euro 6000 Card) using the secure payment gateway of REDSYS. The card details are entered directly into the Virtual POS of the bank, which is hosted on the secure server of REDSYS and are not recorded in the order. Our system does not have access to the bank details of its customers, and the only data it retains are those related to the order. • Payment by bank transfer. The customer must make a bank transfer to the AlbiDecor account for the order amount. This transfer must be made within a maximum period of seven working days from the order. If there is no record of payment within that period, the order will be automatically canceled. The customer's order will not be validated until payment is made to the AlbiDecor bank account (for card and bank transfer payments). If payment is not authorized, the customer's order cannot be accepted.

8. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery times will vary depending on the product and the delivery area. To find out delivery times, you must enter the product page. Delivery times are calculated based on working days (from Monday to Friday, except holidays) and will begin counting from the confirmation of payment in the AlbiDecor bank account or, in the case of financed orders, the final acceptance by the financial institution. If the customer wishes to have the goods delivered later than the expected date, they must indicate this when placing the order. The goods can only be held in the warehouses for a maximum of 20 natural days from the agreed delivery date. In case of non-compliance with the specified delivery date in more than 45 working days, the buyer may choose to cancel the order by certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt and receive a refund of the amount paid. Non-compliance with delivery will not be considered as such if it has been delayed at the customer's request or if the buyer cannot be located using the data provided. Delivery Area. The products offered on AlbiDecor are served within the European territory. Customers who collect the merchandise in the AlbiDecor store will not be charged shipping costs. The customer must contact AlbiDecor to complete the necessary procedures. The transport company will make shipments from Monday to Friday in the morning or afternoon. For products sent by courier, they will not contact the customer before delivery. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left, and the product will be held for 10 days. After that period, the customer will be responsible for the return costs. Due to internal logistics, a single purchase may have partial shipments with different delivery dates. The customer will be informed at all times. Except in the case of hidden defects, no claims will be accepted after the customer receives the products if they have not followed the detailed procedure above. The customer should never discard the packaging of the products until they verify that they are in perfect condition and that all the products match the ones they ordered.

9. RETURNS
In accordance with the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we grant consumers a period of 14 natural days to exercise their right of withdrawal, and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used. The product must be returned along with the completed return form and a copy of the delivery note. For returns, the customer must bear the transport costs generated by their return. The customer must communicate the return to the following email address: info@albidecor.es. They will receive a receipt with precise instructions on the process to follow. It is essential to keep this receipt as proof. Subsequently, AlbiDecor will contact the customer to indicate the steps to follow for their return. The user must return the product within a maximum period of seven days from when AlbiDecor instructs the return. Returns outside the aforementioned period will not be accepted. The refund will be made by check, credit card, or by bank transfer. AlbiDecor establishes the methods for refunding the money. For returns, the customer will not be penalized, but they must bear the collection costs (the same as charged for shipping) generated by their return. Products with special measurements or made specifically for the customer do not accept changes or returns, and in case of cancellation, if more than five days have passed since the order was confirmed, the amount paid in advance will be forfeited.

10. CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any incidents, claims, or the exercise of their rights, the customer can send an email to the address info@albidecor.es.

11. GUARANTEE
In accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003, of July 10, on the Guarantee in the Sale of Consumer Goods, all the items covered by this contract are generally guaranteed against any manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the qualities specified in the contract, for a period of two years from the date of receipt of each of them. The customer is recognized the right to repair the item covered by the contract, as well as its replacement, price reduction, and contract resolution, if necessary, with the repair and replacement of the item being free for the consumer, except for shipping costs. Deficiencies caused by negligence, misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service of AlbiDecor, or materials subject to wear due to normal use are not included. In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement, reduction, or refund will be opted for in accordance with the terms legally established. The warranty will lose its value if some of the data of the warranty or the purchase receipt are modified, altered, or replaced.

12. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The customer acknowledges that all elements of AlbiDecor and each of the products, the information and materials contained therein, the trademarks, the structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of AlbiDecor itself or third parties. The General Conditions do not grant the customer any other rights with respect to these industrial and intellectual property rights other than those specifically contemplated in them. Unless authorized by AlbiDecor or, where appropriate, by the third-party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless it is legally permitted, the customer may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow access to the public in any way the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The customer must use the materials, elements, and information accessed through the use of AlbiDecor solely for their own needs and undertake not to carry out, directly or indirectly, commercial exploitation of the materials, elements, and information obtained through them. The customer must refrain from bypassing or manipulating any technical devices established by AlbiDecor or third parties on AlbiDecor.

13. DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Law 15/99 LOPD, we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as the data from the transactions carried out, will be included and kept in a file for processing, owned by AlbiDecor, until cancellation is requested. The processing will be used for the development and execution of the sale, the personalized attention of the products and services purchased, and for the improvement of such attention, as well as for the promotion of products and services of AlbiDecor and third-party companies linked to AlbiDecor. Likewise, it is reported that your data will be made available to other companies for the indicated purposes. AlbiDecor will treat this data with the utmost confidentiality, being the sole and exclusive recipient of it, and not making transfers or communications to third parties, except as provided by current regulations. The customer expressly authorizes AlbiDecor to send, even through electronic means, by AlbiDecor and the aforementioned entities, commercial communications, offers, and promotional contests. - Yes, I accept. The customer can exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, or cancellation at any time by contacting AlbiDecor or by email to info@albidecor.es, attaching a copy of their ID card or substitute identification document. The responses marked with * on the registration form are mandatory. Failure to answer will prevent the purchase of the selected products.

14. PASSWORDS
AlbiDecor will provide the customer who registers on the website with personal passwords. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the website. The customer must keep their passwords strictly and absolutely confidential under their exclusive responsibility, assuming, therefore, any damage or consequences of any kind that may arise from the breach or disclosure of the secret. For security reasons, the telematic access password to the services linked to the website may be modified at any time by the customer. The customer undertakes to notify AlbiDecor immediately of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as unauthorized access by third parties.

15. COOKIES
AlbiDecor uses cookies to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the customer's identity, facilitate access to personal preferences, and track the customer's use of AlbiDecor. Cookies are files installed on the hard drive of the computer or in the browser's memory in the preconfigured folder of the customer's computer's operating system to identify them. If the customer does not want a cookie to be installed on their hard drive, they must configure their internet browsing program not to receive them. Similarly, the customer can destroy cookies freely. If the customer decides to disable cookies, the quality and speed of the service may decrease, and they may even lose access to some of the services offered on AlbiDecor.
